Terms & Conditions
The cost of the Grazing tables, Dessert Bars, High tea and Drink Stations include a full set up and themed props service. We will be at your venue 2 hours before your event to set up while you get ready for your party. Table is provided by the host or we can provide folded tables at extra cost.

We recommend that you set up the table out of direct sunlight or in a well-ventilated location.

The props, boards, cheese knives and bowls are on loan and should be returned within 2 days. An additional fee will apply if you need us to pack down after the event or to be collected next day. All boards, cheese knives, platters, bowls and drink dispensers are to be washed and cleaned upon return. Any damages will incur additional fees.

Graze with Mindy requires 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date and time. Remaining payment is payable 7 days prior to the event. Any changes to date, time, venue and dietary requirements should be notified to Graze with Mindy no later than 7 days before the event.
